Service Description
Challenge is a quiz trivia game with optional multiplayer features, virtual rewards, and related digital content. Features may change without notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Admin accounts are invitation-only and must not be shared. You must provide accurate information.
Acceptable Use
You may not: cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, harass other users, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Virtual Items
Coins, lifelines, and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable. We may modify or reset virtual balances to maintain fair play.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software are owned by Challenge / FinCtrl AI. You may not copy or redistribute content without written permission.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of the operating jurisdiction.

جميع المحتويات والشعارات والبرمجيات مملوكة لتحدي / FinCtrl AI. يُحظر النسخ أو إعادة التوزيع دون إذن.
إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدم الخدمة "كما هي" دون ضمانات. لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة أو فقدان البيانات ضمن حدود القانون.
إنهاء الخدمة
قد نعلق أو ننهي الوصول عند مخالفة الشروط. يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام في أي وقت.
